In accordance with health and hygiene regulations, products of a hygiene-sensitive and personal nature cannot be returned. This includes all our hair accessories. Please choose carefully, as we will not be able to accept an exchange or refund unless the item is faulty.
If you believe you received a faulty item, please contact our support team at [email protected] as soon as you receive your order, and we will be happy to investigate further. Please include pictures and a description of the fault, which will make it easier for us to resolve the issue. Please be aware that under EU hygiene regulations, all hygiene tamper resistant seals must be intact, and complete with all tags and labels attached. We reserve the right to refuse items that are not returned in unused condition. This does not affect your statutory rights.
